This form is designed to collect stakeholder feedback based on the user stories developed in the CWDS Pivotal Tracker site. We have pre-populated the form with the existing Pivotal Tracker project teams and user stories to facilitate the feedback process. To get started, please follow these steps:
- From the Select a team dropdown list, please choose the CWDS project team that is related to the user story for which you have feedback.
- Based on your selection in step 1, the feedback form will populate the Select a story dropdown based on existing Pivotal Tracker data.
- From the Select a story dropdown list, please choose the user story for which you have feedback.
- Based on the selection on step 3, the feedback form will display basic components of the user story.
- Provide your feedback in the Comments field, then click the Add Comment button at the bottom of the page.
